Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Lulu Grazer! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it hassle-free within 30 days from delivery.

**Eligibility**

To qualify for a return, all items must be unused, unwashed, free of  dirt, debris and dog hair, with all tags in attached. Lulu Grazer will not exchange or return any items damaged as a result of chewing or biting. Items returned with strong odors (sprays, perfumes, smoke) will not be accepted.

**Initiating a Return**

Contact our customer service team within the 30 day return window to begin the return process. They will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including the return shipping address.

**Return Shipping**

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

**Refund Process**

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

**Exclusions**

All sales of custom orders and dog treats are final and non-returnable. All items marked FINAL SALE on the product page will not be eligible for return.

**Exchange**

Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee the item you want to exchange will still be in stock. To guarantee that you receive your desired item in the correct size and color, please place a new order and complete the return process for the original order. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

**Missing Package**

Lulu Grazer is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the package has been checked in at the carrier, it is no longer in our control.  If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please check your order to confirm that the address was submitted correctly. If everything was correct, please contact your local carrier.
